I'm a firm believer of passing down recipes. I remember my mother had the best Bread Pudding recipe that I adored. Twenty years later I still dream of that recipe. She has since has passed on, RIP mom XOXO, and I have no clue what that recipe is.
I grew up with a Sicilian father who owned restaurants that served authentic Italian food. I grew up with a Red Spaghetti Sauce that could compare to none others. I’d go to friends homes and they’d serve pasta with sauce from the can/jar….OMG horrible; Sorry friends, I’m just used to the real stuff. He taught me a ton of family recipes that I’ve carried down within my own family and want to share it with all of you. Enjoy my postings. Ask me questions. I’m here to listen and to share.
